Must be a first-year student or transfer student, with preference to graduates of a high school in Baldwin, Putnam, Monroe, Pulaski, Sumter, Wilkinson, Peach, Houston, Bibb, Crawford, Twigg, or Jones County, Georgia who demonstrate financial need.
