Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering with a declared major in civil engineering and a concentration in engineering construction, with preference to students participating in the Cooperative Education Program who have demonstrated leadership ability through involvement in an Auburn University-approved student organization.
