Must a first-year student or transfer student enrolled in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering and demonstrate financial need, with preference to a student who is eligible for the Federal Pell Grant or an orphan, foster child, ward of the court, ward of the state, emancipated minor, or designated homeless.
