Lamar and Elaine Hawkins Endowed Scholarship

Must be an Alabama resident enrolled in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering with a declared major in civil engineering, with preference to residents of Blount, St. Clair, or Jefferson County who demonstrate financial need.
