Buzz and Cindy Powell Endowed Scholarship

Must be enrolled in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering with a declared major in civil or mechanical engineering and demonstrate financial need, with preference to students who demonstrate an interest in asphalt paving construction, and/or equipment industries by involvement in the field through research, internship(s), course selection, co-ops, or other similar activities.
